ABOUT COACH
I wasn’t always confident in my body or my food choices. For years, my relationship with food was shaped by appearance, not health — I lived under extreme food restriction and unhealthy patterns around eating, believing control would bring confidence.
A celiac diagnosis and a season of deep personal change showed me that real health comes from balance, understanding, and inner healing. Through faith, I learned that my worth and strength come from who I am in God — not from appearance or control.
I discovered that eating well and moving intentionally is fuel for energy, focus,
emotional stability, and strength. The goal isn’t to be skinny — it’s to be strong
enough to live fully at any age.
Today, as a certified nutrition coach, I guide people to build strength from the inside out — grounded, intentional, and strong within, helping them create lasting
health, confidence, and freedom with food.
